Shipping Times and Package Sizes

Storms and staffing shortages have combined to generate delays in shipping times. While many packages arrive on time or only slightly delayed, Priority packages affected can sometimes take 15 to 24 days to arrive, and Standard free shipping can occasionally take 30 to 60 days. Express is only slightly delayed but neither FEDEX nor USPS will guarantee next day during these storms and Staff illnesses.

We send packages out promptly with the service ordered, but rely on the carriers to do their part from that point. We provide tracking information to the email you provide so you can follow the progress of your package.

**Odd size packages with multiple books and pheromones may require split shipments and/or incur additional shipping charges. We will inform you if this is your case before processing your order.
